I went to college in Boulder and lived there for several years afterward. Life took me far away (all the way to New Zealand!) but Boulder will always be the town of my heart. Can’t think of a better place to fall in love ❤
- The Donovan Family series by Victoria Dahl: Three siblings who run a brewery in Boulder! SO. MUCH. CATNIP. Good Girls Don’t is the first book but my personal favorite is Bad Boys Do which features a very steamy younger man/older woman match up.
- Wait With Me by Amy Daws: a romance author with writer’s block can only manage to work in a tire store waiting room, where she becomes inspired by a hot mechanic who may or may not turn her in for sneaking into the store every day. This book got a lot of attention on social media as Amy Daws documented her writing process…in a tire store waiting room!
- Obsession by Jennifer Armentrout: a standalone spinoff of her Lux series that starts out in Boulder. I binged the Lux series hard and loved this one. Suspense, intrigue, and heaps of steamy alien sex 😉
- Dropping In by me 😉 I am going to be cheeky and include my own book, because one of the things I loved best about writing Dropping In was spending virtual time in my favorite town. Natalie needs to focus on summer school, but that’s hard to do when her longtime crush, a professional snowboarder with a secret, moves into her basement. And invites her into his shower. And, oh, did I mention he’s her best friend’s older brother and totally off-limits?
